Baked Wings

Ingredients

  • 2 lbs Chicken Wings
  • 1/4 cups cornstarch
  • 1 tbsp paprika
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp pepper
  • Frank’s Wing Hot Sauce

Steps

  • Pre-heat oven to 450 F degrees
  • In a large ziplock bag add the cornstarch, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  • Pat dry the chicken wings and place in the ziplock bag.
  • Seal the bag and shake well to coat the chicken evenly.
  • Place the coated chicken wings on a baking sheet and place in the oven for 20 mins.
  • After 20 mins flip the wings and place them back in the oven for another 20 mins.
  • Add Frank’s wing hot sauce.
