Baked Wings
Ingredients
- 2 lbs Chicken Wings
- 1/4 cups cornstarch
- 1 tbsp paprika
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp pepper
- Frank’s Wing Hot Sauce
Steps
- Pre-heat oven to 450 F degrees
- In a large ziplock bag add the cornstarch, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Pat dry the chicken wings and place in the ziplock bag.
- Seal the bag and shake well to coat the chicken evenly.
- Place the coated chicken wings on a baking sheet and place in the oven for 20 mins.
- After 20 mins flip the wings and place them back in the oven for another 20 mins.
- Add Frank’s wing hot sauce.
